We have modern computerised systems linking us to all other Airport Stations for effective Baggage Tracing World wide.
Our human resource for Baggage Tracing comprises of a proffessional team trained by certified SITA officials.
Customer Service is the key to our success in the Baggage Tracing Office with teams dedicated to serve 24 hours, 7 days a week.
ARRIVAL CHAIN
We welcome passengers as soon as the flight lands and direct them to the arrival terminal. We also assist those who cannot write to fill in arrival cards. For special passengers, i.e. the disabled, young passengers, we offer special care, carry their luggage and offer wheel chair up to the car park.
TRANSFERS
We handle the Transferring of Passengers through transit gate to their onward flights. Baggage is retagged, rescreened and transferred to the onward flight.
