EMPLOYMENT PROCEDURE

RECRUITMENT
Recruitment for any post in ENHAS is strictly on merit.
All candidates must possess a minimum of Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education to ensure adequate literacy levels.
On top of this mandatory requirement, a candidate must possess adequate qualification for the job in question.

When a vacancy falls, priority is given to existing staff and it is only if no suitable staff is identified that external recruitment comes.
For both Internal and External recruitment, a candidate must pass;

a -Written Aptitude test.
b -Oral interview
c -Pre-employment Medical Examination
d -Airport Security Vetting( for External Candidates


EMPLOYMENT POLICY

Induction for all in the first six months is done practically through a system of mentoring and on Job training and formal training.
No gender bias is exhibited and for every employee in the company, there is;

- Equal pay for Equal work done.

- Equal performance related promotion for both sexes.

- Continuos and Systematic performance appraisal for all Employees.
