There is no success which can come up without the support of the staff and I want to extend my sincere gratitude to all our staff at all levels.
At ENHAS, we have always given staff a front desk and our open system I believe has played a big role in our success because all issues are discussed and decisions are made immediately. We have given priority to training of our staff to satisfy our clients’ needs. This has enabled us not only to maintain, but even improve on our service delivery. Every client comes with different requirements and ENHAS management has made it possible to satisfy these needs.
I would like to inform those airlines intending to come or stop over at Entebbe International Airport that trying ENHAS as their Ground Handling Agent will not be something they will regret.
I want to thank the clients who pay in time, it is such clients who have made it possible to buy brand new equipment, pay staff salaries in time and afford all that is needed to be a good service provider and employer.
Finally, it came as surprise to me that I was nominated manager of the year because I know we all put in or contribute to the success of the company. But, I want to thank my colleagues who saw it that I be manager of the year 2008. It is quite motivating to understand that people out there appreciate your effort.
