Passenger Services is the frontline section. Our staff are customer service personnel who are direct representatives of the company.
Its headed by the deputy head of traffic and maintenance.
Our role in customer sevice is to make you feel at home and prepare you to have a pleasant trip.
While you are on ground, we make sure we provide the following services for you;

DEPARTURES
We welcome you.
We verify and advise about documents, ie passports, visas, tickets and health certificates.
We check in passenger baggage, tag it to your final destination.
We issue boarding passes and offer you the expected seat.
We help you through immigration and security.
For your safety and security, we do the document checks again at the boarding gate.

Our agents will always advise you when its time to board.
All our special passengers i.e incapacitated, the sick, expectant mothers, the old aged, disabled, young children travelling alone, the blind, deaf, will be accorded special care.
We alert the other stations of their presence on the flight so that they organise to meet them.

DISRUPTIONS
Disruptions include delays, cancellation, and diversions caused by reasons such as technical difficulties, bad weather or rotation of aircraft and crew.
Our role is to;
-Inform passengers of the disruption and what course of action has been taken.
-Arrange for meals/refreshments with Airlines.
-Arrange hotel accommodation and transport if necessary.
