ENHAS utilises the IATA AHM804 quality standard control system.

ENHAS and the carriers come into agreement on the activities to be measured.
After agreeing checklists are made, which will help the staff to measure themselves and to collect data. The results are compiled every month and discussed with the carrier representative.
The weak areas are identified and corrective actions agreed upon.

AHM 804 IATA system has helped the staff to perform their duties because they are aware of what is required for each carrier for example one carrier wants the first bag to reach the conveyor belt 7 minutes after arrival.

ENHAS also uses post flight briefings where a flight handling report is prepared and the carrier representative gives handling remarks.

ENHAS was recertified by IATA to continue using AHM 804 IATA Quality System in May 2004. It is now 3 years since the system was implemented.

ENHAS also introduced a new system of managing Reduced Ground Time (RGT). That helps the flight co-ordinator to plan for the flight.
