Training is a top priority in ENHAS Management policies. Continous, Consistent training yields good quality staff and is one of the reasons for our excellence in service delivery.
Our training is internally, externally or internationally sourced. All the staff who are enrolled in the company are made to understand and appreciate that training is mandatory and free of charge for all in ENHAS.
Trainers for each department are carefully selected and trained in order to assist the Heads of Departments in delivery of quality on job and classroom training for staff. Each department has training modules. Most of the training material used is adopted from IATA. Information is updated using the annually released IATA manuals.
The training coordinator maintains up to date records of all on going trainings within the company, liaises regularly with heads of Departments and ensure that scheduled training activities take place.
ENHAS recruits people who are well educated (that is A Level and above). The new recruits are immediately introduced to rigorous training. |
